ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE ENHANCEMENT TRAINING
This continuous & progressive program starts with a thorough assessment of your needs and goals, identifies and strengthens the weak links in your kinetic chain (muscles, joints, ligaments, tendons, soft tissue and nervous system) and sharpens your physical senses to make you neurologically stronger and faster.
Motions you thought were impossible become effortless as you learn to cross boundaries that have been holding you back. You will begin losing all fear of movement or attack, feeling safe in your body under any circumstances and mastering new and stronger ways to perform key motions.
Whatever your goal... Whatever your sport... We will take your performance to a higher plain. Your trainer will work you from head to toe, using functional movements that mimic those from your sport, and in no time at all you will be mastering the essential movements needed to excel in your sport.
COMPETITIVE ATHLETE
As a competitive athlete you will learn how to anticipate your opponent's next move, take control of the moment and re-direct your opponent's energy to your own advantage; all in an instant.
PROFESSIONAL DANCER OR PERFORMANCE ARTIST
As a professional dancer or performance artist you will perform new, functionally empowering moves that release potential you have only dreamed about until now.

Come experience the Fast Paced, High Intensity dynamic of our Beach Front Boot Camp. Boot Camp is not for the faint of heart, so come prepared for anything and leave the “I cant do it” attitude in the car. Come join us for an outdoor adventure! Saturday mornings starting at 9 a.m... Join us every Wednesday from 12-1pm and enjoy this highly challenging strength and flexibility class. Pilates will not only improve your core strength and flexibility, it will totally revolutionize your body. Our expert instructor will guide you through a physical experience that will dramatically improve your posture and increase your total body strength to a point that everyday life will seem that much easier.
